While with Lat Purser & Associates, Mark Miller played a pivotal role in the development of The Edison, a 53 unit urban-infill project in Charlotte’s Plaza Midwood neighborhood, 

including sourcing the land, navigating the entitlement process, and preparing the project for the start of construction. Originally completed in 2013, The Edison has performed incredibly well, having averaged over 98% occupancy since its original lease-up – a testament to the thoughtful design, quality of build, and location.  Today, The Edison has become a coveted home and an iconic residential development in the heart of Plaza Midwood.
