Prior to forming Highline Partners, Mark Miller was in the pre-development stages and nearing ground-breaking for Boxcar, A mixed-use project comprising of176 multifamily units and 15,000 SF of adaptive re-use commercial space in spartanburg, sc.  

Mark Miller managed the majority of the pre-development process from sourcing the land, assembling the project team, securing entitlements, and ultimately putting the project into a shovel-ready position. The project is currently under construction and slated to deliver in 2025.
