Sefton Park is a planned and entitled 344 unit, Class A multifamily, mixed use development within Cornelius, NC. The 7.5 acre site sits within a larger, 10 acre master development that includes a planned Hotel on the remaining 2.5 acres.
Sefton Park shares connectivity both locally (walking distance to popular restaurants, breweries and grocery stores) and across the metro (1/3rd of a mile to I-77), giving future residents access to job centers and amenities alike. The site is also within a 3 minute drive to numerous high end retail shopping centers anchored by Fresh Market, Harris Teeter and Publix grocery stores.
