Heritage is a planned and entitled 241 unit, Class A multifamily, mixed use development in Pineville, NC. The 7.5 acre site sits in the center of Pineville’s charming downtown; enriched with local shops, restaurants and  historic streetscapes. 

Heritage is a transformative project in the downtown district of Pineville, NC. The location is enhanced with unparalleled access to Charlotte’s I-77 highway and the I-485 beltway, providing connectivity to major employment centers in Ballantyne, I-77 Southwest and the central business district. The site is 1.5 miles from the I-485 light rail station, which provides convenient access to Southend, Uptown and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. 

Adjacent to boutique retail establishments including Margaux’s, the Brass Bird, Carolina Scoops Creamery and Two Buck Saloon , Heritage will feature three 4-story buildings surrounded by surface parking. The primary building will present a 5,000 sf retail use, which will anchor the corner of Main Street and Church St. This retail space will provide an important bookend to the existing row of historically designated commercial buildings. 

For the residents, Heritage will feature a tasteful blend of Southern charm highlighted by whimsical designs inspired by the Bishop Arts District in Dallas, TX. The project will feature two courtyards, a clubhouse pool, a quarter acre dog park and a roof top patio overlooking the downtown scene.
